    Dear Jerry …

Below is my Facebook post from yesterday after I heard you speak at the Oshawa Mayor’s Breakfast. I can’t imagine one person in that room that wasn’t touched deeply by your message. You’ve endured much tragedy and for that, I’m sorry. However, I’m thankful for your obedience to our Lord God not only by sharing your story, but by offering a prayer of salvation.

“I attended the Oshawa Mayor’s Breakfast this morning. Our speaker, Jerry Molnar of New York, shared his fantastic journey with about 300+ business people. Jerry’s gripping story of huge valleys and great mountains was nothing but inspiring and allowed only by the grace of God. You see, on 3 very distinct occasions, God saved his life and carved a path for him to share his story. One in particular, Jerry’s office was on the 79th floor of the World Trade Centre. The day of 9-11, Jerry was late going to work and was sitting at his kitchen table having coffee when the first plane hit. That plane smashed into the building at floors 77 to 85. Everyone of Jerry’s employees that were in the office that fateful morning parished. God chose him to survive and in obedience to God, Jerry shared the love of Christ which included a prayer of salvation at the end. I am blessed to part of that today.”

It was a pleasure meeting you yesterday and may God continue to richly bless you. If our paths never cross again in this time, I know that one day we will meet in Heaven.

    Sincerely,

Lori Hayward, The girl you called
